Paper originals are scanned direct to a static single or multi page .PDF or .TIF file suitable for digital archiving, viewing and re-printing.

Each paper page is scanned individually like a picture, essentially the fixed page image is uneditable.

	NO character recognition processing is applied to this method of scanning.
	This scanning method is suitable for documents that need no further editing.
	This format is suitable for archiving documents, where original content and layout must be retained and remain uneditable.
