Paper originals are scanned at a suitable resolution to optimise character recognition. Poor quality originals result in poor recognition results.

Pictures (logos/images), text and information in tables are identified separately.

	Pictures are not processed and are returned 'in position' within the editable data.
	Characters, words, paragraphs etc. are processed but no original formatting is retained, other than 'hard' line returns (paragraph returns).
	Information in tables, is processed and retained but table layout and formatting is removed.

Please Note: We urge all clients to proof their data files on return. Some further page formatting may be necessary to meet clients requirements.
