Paper originals are scanned at a suitable resolution to optimise character recognition. Poor quality originals result in poor recognition results.

Pictures (logos/images), text and information in tables are identified separately.

	Pictures are not processed and are returned 'in position' within the editable data.
	Characters, words, paragraphs etc. are processed and as much of the original page formatting is retained as is possible.
	Information in tables, is processed. As much table formatting is retained as is possible.
	It is not possible to process handwriting back to editable text.

Please Note: We urge all clients to proof their data files on return. Some further page formatting may be necessary to meet clients requirements.
